Who we are

Which data we process
When you fill in a contact form, we receive your name, company name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), your message and any file you attach.
What we use the data for
We only use your data to answer your enquiry, send you our availability and prices or arrange an appointment with you. We do not use it for other purposes and we do not sell it to third parties.
Who else sees the data
The form is sent through the service Web3Forms, which forwards the message to us by email. That service only processes your data to deliver the message.
How long we keep the data
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for any business relationship that follows. Data required for our administration is kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and maps
This website does not place tracking or advertising cookies. The Google Maps map on the contact page is only loaded when you click on it. Google may then place cookies and process data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may ask which data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. To do so, send an email to info@degijzelvasteplanten.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
